So, since you're here, I take it that you want to know a little bit more about this site and the person behind it. Not much to tell, really. I imagine that I am much like you are. I wake up way too early in the morning every day and head out to work, battling rush-hour traffic as I go. I usually get a nice cup of coffee on the way to help me keep my eyes open. I have to confess that I'm a bit of an addict.

When I finally punch into the grind, I am usually less than thrilled. But I'm lucky enough to have co-workers that I get along with and a boss who doesn't give me too much grief just as long as he's in a good mood, so I can't really complain too much. That's a better deal than a lot of my friends have.

The work day flies right by most of the time. And after I get off, nine times out of ten, I just go home. My co-workers invite me out with them, especially around the weekends, but I'm not much of a partier these days. I had that kind of fun in college. But these days, I don't need the hangovers anymore, you know. Which means, I am officially boring, I guess. It also means that I have to get right back out there and deal with rush hour yet again when that quitting time bell rings.

And what do I go home to do? Well, there isn't time for much. I have an hour's commute each way. By the time I run some errands like deciding what's for dinner or anything else I have to do that day, get home, get washed up and all that, I only have a couple of hours to relax. And I do that by reading about, writing about, or actually getting involved in some of my favorite hobbies.

I have a lot of interests, just like most people, with just a few favorites. This is one of them, in case you haven't guessed. That's probably what prompted me to put this site up. I've always enjoyed computers so it was only natural for me to find a way to mix them with the other things that I enjoy. I wanted to build this place so that I would have somewhere that I could go and unwind with people who are like-minded.

That's what I look forward to when I come home. I turn the television on, and sit at my laptop with some show or other playing in the background. And I come to my very own place on the internet, where I am free to share my feelings and viewpoints about the things that I most enjoy. I can only hope that you enjoy the space that I've created just as much as I do.
